CBT deactivated my account after one year.It is written in your agreement that you only have a year to complete your course work.

Even after your pay your money you can not continue with their training unless you have downloaded the training to your hard drive. I spoke with Jason worthy, who was suppose to be the customer service manager and he was just out right rude. To the point where I had to ask if was truely the custmer service manager. I could not believe how he could careless about my problem.

He actually made a statement that, "It is what it is!" He was just so unprofessional and dishearting.

If he represent CBT Direct Services.I would definately not recommend this company service to anyone!!

Monetary Loss: $1400.
